I had a persistent slow drainage problem with a sink in my apartment and Peter did a fantastic job fixing this. In 2 hrs he was able to replace an old section of pipe, clear obstructions and have the sink working better than it ever did during my time living there. I will be saving Peter's contact info for all future plumbing needs.

Peter of Waterworks Mechanical Inc. came right away at night when there was an emergency with a water heater breaking and flooding the basement. He did what was necessary for the night, then came back the next day and replaced that water heater, and the other one that was of the same age, before it did the same thing. He also replaced piping that was old and in bad shape, and he then came back again later the same day when some faucet's needed to be cleaned out to work properly. After careful examination I feel I can trust Peter to do any plumbing etc. work that he does, with care, experience, efficiency, and expertise, and to be available in emergency. He is also a kind and engaging person, and family man.

The problems with the bathroom's plumbing were assisted by Peter. There was no need to re-tile because of the creative metal cover plate that was put; instead, our 1970s faucet and knobs were replaced with a single, modern knob that controls the pressure and temperature very efficiently. We couldn't be happier with the outcome.

Customer service is a top priority for Waterworks Mechanical. When I first acquired my house, I used them for a lot of routing goods. Peter was the technician sent out to fix my boiler when I called them earlier this month. He was prompt in determining the problem and checking that my heating system was operational; during our conversation, he also indicated that his company specializes in HVAC systems. Well, they've won a lifelong fan in me. Not only are the costs low, but the service and quality of the staff are top-notch.

I called Waterworks Mechanical in Medford when my basement toilet began leaking late one Saturday. Peter responded within an hour, diagnosed the problem, and got it fixed fast without overcharging. His work is precise, and he took the time to explain what went wrong and how to prevent it. Pricing was fair, definitely what you'd expect from a local plumber who still values integrity. If you need honest, reliable plumbing or heating services around Medford, Waterworks Mechanical is a name you can trust.
